Non bailable arrest warrants of Tehreem Elahi wife of Moonis Elahi has been issued in money laundering case.
The FIA prosecution petition seeking cancellation of bail of Rasikh Elahi, Tehreem Elahi and others came up for hearing in Lahore High Court (LHC).
A two members bench of LHC led by Justice Shehram Sarwar Chaudhry heard prosecution petition Monday.
The court issued non bailable arrest warrants of Tehreem Elahi wife of Moonis Elahi in FIA money laundering case. The court adjourned further hearing after Eid holidays.
It is to mention here that prosecution has challenged the step of acceptance of interim bail in high court.
