Islamabad: The repatriation of Afghans residing illegally in different cities of Pakistan is continued. According to official data, another 1562 illegal Afghan residents have repatriated on December 22. 463 men, 368 women and 734 children are among the returnees. It should be remembered that even before Federal Government’s announcement a large number of illegal Afghan residents continued to return to Afghanistan for fear of arrest.
