ISLAMABAD: Founder PTI has filed appeal plea in Supreme Court (SC) seeking suspension of decision regarding his conviction in Toshakhana case. The petitioner has requested the SC to nullify Islamabad High Court (IHC) decision. The founder PTI has taken plea in the petition that sentence in Toshakhana case has already been suspended. High court suspended only sentence and not the whole decision. Election Commission took advantage of mistake in high court decision. Election commission issued notification of disqualification of founder PTI. The election is imminent. Former chairman PTI is former prime minister of country. The leader of the largest party of the country cannot be kept from the election. The petitioner requested the SC to suspend high court decision based on his conviction in Toshakhana case. Online
