Noor Makdam murder case
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued notices to owner and employees of Therapy Works and summoned reply from them in connection with petition seeking revocation of their bail in Noor Makdam murder case. The court has also sought record of the case. The petition filed by father of Noor Makdam seeking cancellation of bail of owner and employees of Therapy works came up for hearing before single bench of IHC led by Justice Amir Farooq Friday. Defence counsel Barrister Qasim Nawaz Abbasi told the court they had resorted to court in connection with revocation of bail of 6 accused persons. The accused concealed the facts from the additional sessions judge. The text of FIR was read out in the court. In the light of supplementary statement of prime accused, Zakir Jaffar and Asmat Adam were nominated in the case. Online
