ISLAMABAD
Public Accounts Committee has taken notice of citizens’ data leak from National Database & Regulatory Authority (NADRA) and directed interior minister for joint investigation of matter.
PTA (Pakistan Telecommunication Authority), FIA (Federal Investigation Agency), and MI (Military Intelligence) teams should be included in the investigation, said PAC.
PTA has been instructed to block citizens’ data leak immediately.
