KARACHI: Pakistan is busy in attempts to attract buyers of Indian rice as India has imposed ban on rice export due to rising pricing. In recent season 6% rise witnessed in Pakistan on rice cultivation. However due to hoarding and profiteers, Pakistan’s people are bearing the price rise of 30% was witnessed in rice market. According to statistics in last Pakistan exported 3.73millionb ton rice whose price was $2.15 billion. In fiscal year 2021-22 export volume was 25% less and regarding dollars it was 14.5% lesser.
