Rawalpindi/Tabuk: The Pakistan–Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Joint Military Exercise Al Battar-II concluded on 26 November 2025 in Tabuk, KSA, after running from 18–26 November in the Counter Terrorism domain. Combat teams from the Pakistan Army’s Special Services Group (SSG) and the KSA Army participated in the exercise, showcasing exceptional professionalism, operational skill, and interoperability. The General Officer Commanding SSG attended the closing ceremony as Pakistan’s chief guest, alongside senior military officials from KSA. The exercise emphasized counter-terrorism operations in built-up areas, countering improvised explosive devices, and refining tactical drills through integrated training. It also reinforced the historic and deep-rooted military ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. All training objectives were successfully achieved, underlining the commitment of both nations to regional peace, security, and collaborative defence preparedness. ONLINE
