ISLAMABAD: Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch has said that Pakistan will continue to raise its voice against grave human rights violations by Indian troops in Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Mumtaz Zahra Baloch at her weekly news briefing in Islamabad, today, said Pakistan remains concerned at the ongoing rights violations in IIOJK and will also continue to extend moral, political and diplomatic support to the Kashmiris for the peaceful settlement of the Kashmir dispute in accordance with the United Nations resolutions. She also recalled the Kunanposhpora mass rape incident of February 23, 1991 by Indian troops and said the lack of accountability for this shameful episode is a frightening example of the impunity that defines India’s human rights violations in IIOJK.
