ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Minister for IT and Telecommunication Dr. Umar Saif has said that Pakistani freelancers will now be able to receive money through PayPal. In a video statement released on the social networking site Twitter, Dr. Umar Saif said that there will be no need to open a PayPal account while sitting in Pakistan.
