PML-N and JUI-F have agreed on taking part in election in Punjab and KP elections from their respective platforms besides maintaining pressure on PTI.
The inside story of meeting between Prime Minister (PM) Shahbaz Sharif and Maulana Fazlur Rehman at the residence of Maulana Saad ur Rehman has come to fore .
During the meeting Nawaz Sharif was contacted too and it was decided that PDM component parties will participate in the polls from their respective platforms in KP and Punjab. PDM will not be made electoral alliance. PDM government will continue its pressure on Imran Khan .
Maulana Fazlur Rehman said JUI-F and PML-N will cooperate with each other where need arises. The component parties of PDM are at liberty to contest election separately from their own platforms.
The cases and judicial proceedings against Imran Khan also came under consideration. The three leaders had consensus of opinion that political pressure will continue on Imran Khan.
Nawaz Sharif said on the occasion person who gives lecture on rule of law is escaping law.
PM Shahbaz Sharif said Imran Khan deteriorated law and order situation. Police have gone there only to implement court’s orders.
Nawaz Sharif and Maulana Fazlur Rehman insisted on overcoming inflation saying people will have to be given relief before going to general election.
Shahbaz Sharif said supply of flour free of cost has been announced for the poor people in Punjab and Islamabad. I have talked to other provinces and they are also ready to extend relief to poor people.
