District Accounts Officer Tank Arifullah Khan is a very honest and competent officer, with his appointment, all the problems pertaining to the accounts office including pension have been solved.
Office bearers of Pensioners Union, Habib Khan, Ismatullah and others expressed these views in a statement issued here on Saturday.
They said that due to his appointment, the overall system of the account office is moving in the right direction.
Government employees, including pensioners, are happy that the accounts office system is improved, while legitimate tasks of government offices are now being resolved in minutes instead of days. They said that the chapter of corruption was closed with the appointment of him.
They further said that few people are using illegal tactics in the accounts office, against which we pensioners and all government employees will be a leaden wall. It has been done and all the work is being done on the basis of merit. No one can even think of illegal recruitment or payment. They demanded that an encouragement certificate should be awarded to encourage such honest and competent officers.
