Peshawar wins Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Karate Championship

Peshawar won Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Cadet, Junior and Senior Male and Female Karate Championship. District Karak got second and District Kuram got third position. Championship was organized by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Karate Association, in which more than 200 male and female players participated.
Chief guest Project Director Tourism merged Districts Mohammad Ishtiaq distributed prizes among the winners. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Karate Association Coordinator Internationally Qualified Coach Shah Faisal, General Secretary Presidential Award Winner South Asian Gold Medalist Khalid Noor, Pakistan Karate Federation Internationally Qualified Referee Ijaz were also present on this occasion. In senior male category, 50 kg, Muhammad Salman of Peshawar won gold, Salman of Karak silver and Shahid Noor of Kohat won brone.
In 55 kg, Murad Khan of Peshawar won gold, Aizaz Ahmed of Mardan won silver and Rehmanullah of Lakki Marwat won the Brone Medal. In -67kg, Bilal of Peshawar won gold, Attaur Rehman of Kuram won silver and Haris of Kirk won brone.
In -75kg, Muhammad Riaz of Peshawar won the first position, Muhammad Salim of Mardan won second position and Hamza of Kohat won position. -Umar of Peshawar won gold, Habib of Karak won silver and Nasir of Kuram won brons in 84 kg.
Maleeha won gold in junior category 53 kg, Nabiha won silver, Maryam 45 in senior category, Fatima in 50kg, Iqra 55kg Shizal 61, Mehek 68 and Nazia won gold medals in 68 plus kg category.
