PHAF commenced fast-paced development and construction work at the site of PHAF Residencia, Peshawar

As per the agreement between PHAF and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Housing Authority (KPHA), construction of the boundary wall, main boulevard, and main gate has been initiated and is progressing rapidly. To ensure foolproof security, a permanent police station has also been established, with personnel deployed by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The project, spanning over 8,000 Kanal of land, is one of the largest government-owned residential schemes in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and across Pakistan. Being a joint venture between the Government of Pakistan and the Government of KPK, it is regarded as one of the safest and most reliable investment opportunities in the housing sector.
Located on Kohat Road, approximately 15 km from Peshawar City, PHAF Residencia will offer more than 8,000 housing units, including grey structures and apartments, across categories I, II, III, and IV. Construction has been planned in four phases. In the first phase, contracts for 400 housing units out of 885 have already been awarded, and heavy machinery has been mobilized at the site.
PHAF has also approached allottees and members of the project to begin paying their dues under the three-year installment plan. Timely payments will ensure smooth financial flows to sustain both development and construction activities without interruption.
