Rioting at check post
PESHAWAR: Peshawar High Court (PHC) DI Khan bench has accepted protective bail plea of PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur in rioting at Bhakkar check post case. The court has granted protective bail till April 08 against surety bond worth one lac rupees. Ali Amin Gandapur is nominated in firing on Dajal check post and riots case. According to police Ali Amin Gandapur resorted to rioting at Dajal checkpost a day before on his way to Dera Ismail Khan. Police said the entry of all vehicles is recorded on KP-Punjab border checkpost. Ali Amin Gandapur fled after riots. Police said Ali Amin Gandapur was under the influence of alcohol. When his vehicle was stopped due to overspeeding he entered into altercation with policemen. During this Ali Amin Gandapur and his colleagues opened fire at check post. Online
