Peshawar : Peshawar High Court (PHC) has extended bail before arrest in respect of Capt (Retd) Safdar , PML-N leader.
A single bench of PHC presided over by Justice Lal Jan Khattak took up the case for hearing Monday.
The court remarked during the course of hearing of the case it will hear all such cases at a time.
The counsel requested the court some time be given. I want to take some directives from advocate general.
Justice Lal Jan Khattak remarked there is no need to seek opinion from any one.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case for indefinite period.
