PHC grants protective bail for one month to Faisal Javed

Peshawar High Court (PHC) has granted protective bail for one month to PTI leader Faisal Javed.
Details of cases registered against PTI leader Faisal Javed have been presented in Peshawar High Court (PHC) .
A two members bench of PHC comprising Justice Sahibzada Asad Ullah and Justice Kamran Hayat Miankhel took up for hearing petition seeking details of the cases registered against PTI leader Faisal Javed.
The court granted protective bail to Faisal Javed for one month.
During the hearing of the case Assistant Attorney General (AAG) told the court 16 FIRs are registered against Faisal Javed. Likewise Special Prosecutor NAB Arbab Kalim Ullah told the court we have filed report from NAB side and no inquiry is with us against him. No case of FIA is registered against him. No case from provincial government is registered against him.
Faisal Javed told the court “ I have come from CMH Rawalpindi today too.
The court said to the petitioner we give you protective bail. You should appear before the respective courts therein.
The court while granting protective bail to Faisal Javed for one month wrapped up the petition.
Faisal Javed while talking to media men said he has been making rounds of courts since three years and now it has become his routine.
World record regarding registration of cases against PTI founder has been set. Al-Qadir case is too fake. Nothing will come out of it. Imran Khan is being subjected to political victimization.
He said peaceful protest is our constitutional right. Either give us our constitutional right or eliminate right of protest from the constitution. When we come out then PTI founder will be released. PTI founder has sent message that country wide protest will be held.
