Peshawar: Irfan Ullah has been awarded PhD degree in the field of Management Sciences by Qurtuba University of Science and IT, Peshawar. His research topic was “Factors Affecting the Performance of Officers in Federal Secretariat of Pakistan: The Mediating and Moderating Role of Perceived Organizational Politics and Work Engagement. He successfully completed his research thesis under the supervision of Dr Fahad Khan Afridi (Qurtuba University of Science & IT, Peshawar) and Dr. Kashif Amin (Hazara University, Mansehra). Local evaluation of his research thesis was carried out by Dr. Zeeshan Zaib Khattak (Kohat University of Science and Technology). Foreign evaluation was carried out by two foreign professors of distinguished universities from technologically/academically advanced countries (Denmark and South Africa). Academicians, teachers, scholars and students participated in his public defense as well as asked various questions from him regarding his research work.
