ISLAMABAD: Pillion riding has been banned and article-144 has been enforced in the faderal capital area of Islamabad for 9th and 10th Muharram. The announcement was made by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Islamabad on Saturday. DC has appealed to citizens to cooperate with administration.
