ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) constitutional bench has rejected the plea for blacklisting Bahria Town. The petition was dismissed being not persuaded. A 7-member SC constitutional bench presided over by Justice Amin ud Din Khan took up for hearing Monday the petition filed by Mehmood Akhtar Naqvi. Mehmood Akhtar Naqvi did not appear in the court. The court dismissed the petition being not persuaded. Most of the petitions filed by Mehmood Akhtar have been dismissed with fine. He has filed petition in every matter and constitutional bench is dismissing these petitions besides imposing fine. Online
