PM convenes meeting of parliamentary parties’ heads today for LOC situation

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has convened a meeting of heads of parliamentary parties in Islamabad tomorrow to brief them about security situation on Line of Control (LoC).
The government has issued invitation letters to the heads of the parliamentary parties for the meeting.
The parliamentary leaders will be briefed on the situation in Occupied Kashmir and on the Line of Control.
The representatives of all the major political parties are expected to attend the meeting.
The step will be the collective voice of all parliamentary parties in reiterating moral, political and diplomatic support to the Kashmiri people in their struggle for the right of self-determination and reaffirming the national resolve to make our national security impregnable.
Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) chairman Bilawal Bhuto Zardari has decided to attend the meeting. He will flew for Islamabad today in the evening.
The meeting of Parliamentary parities heads is being held today (Monday) here to discuss security situation and Kashmir issue with a special focus on situation arising out of Indian troops unprovoked firing at the Line of Control.

The representatives of all the major political parties are expected to attend the meeting. Moreover, PTI Chairman Imran Khan has allowed Shah Mehmood Qureshi to attend the meeting, while, Awami National Party’s (ANP) Ghulam Ahmed Bilour will also attend in the important meeting.
