Shehbaz Sharif received a telephone call from Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani during which the two leaders discussed the evolving regional and international situation.
According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister’s Office Media Wing, the conversation was held in a warm and cordial atmosphere and focused on regional peace, stability, and diplomatic coordination. The Prime Minister thanked the leadership of Qatar for its strong endorsement and support of Pakistan-led peace efforts aimed at de-escalation and promotion of regional stability. Shehbaz Sharif expressed deep appreciation for Qatar’s constructive role in regional diplomacy and for helping build consensus in support of ongoing mediation efforts.
Both leaders agreed on the importance of continued close coordination and dialogue among all stakeholders to address common regional and international challenges. During the conversation, the Prime Minister conveyed his warm greetings and best wishes to Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani .
