Special Assistant to the Chief Minister on Science and Information Technology Dr. Shafqat Ayaz has accused the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) of deliberately trying to pit Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) against state institutions and create internal divisions to weaken the party.
Dr. Ayaz said the main political tactic of PML-N was to damage public trust in PTI and its leadership, particularly the narrative of party founder Imran Khan. However, he expressed confidence that the unity and sacrifices of PTI workers would foil all such conspiracies, said a handout.
He emphasized that Imran Khan has always advocated for the supremacy of law and the strengthening of national institutions, not confrontation with them. “Strong institutions mean a strong Pakistan, and this is the vision that can take the country out of its current crises,” he said.
Dr. Ayaz urged PTI workers to remain disciplined and united, stating that this unity is essential to counter political conspiracies.
He expressed hope that Imran Khan would soon be released and once again lead the nation.
He added that Imran Khan’s sacrifices and popularity have inspired the youth and public at large, and the strength of public support will ultimately overcome all challenges.
