PESHAWAR: Sarband Police on the direction of SP Malik Habib Khan have traced a murder case, said police spokesman. A few days ago, Sarband Police Station received information about a killing on Bara Road. Upon receiving the information, SP Malik Habib formed a special investigation team to detect the people involved in killing. The slain person was identified as Aijaz.The special investigation team comprised of SHO Sarband Police Station Abdul Qayyum Khan was led by DSP Budabera Imtiaz Alam. Police team, said the spokesman, utilized all available technical and human resources and arrested the accused involved in the killing. The accused was identified as Izhar, resident of Shahbkhel area of Badaber. According to police preliminary investigation, the accused confessed that he killed Mr Aijaz over a dispute on motorcycle registration documents.Police during the operation to arrest the killer also recovered a pistol from the accused. The police investigation team has started a comprehensive investigation against the involved accused Izhar. Our Correspondent
