PESHAWAR: Police claimed to have arrested the alleged killer of a toddler over keeping chicken at their house at the limits of Yakatut area of the provincial capital. According to SP City Atiq Shah that the suspect identified as Mohsin was involved in killing of his nephew, adding that over a dispute he had also opened fire on his sister-in-law. However, the mother sustained critical injuries and under treatment at hospital. One year kid was died on spot and the mother got injured while after the incident the suspect managed to flee the crime scene. SP Atiq Shah said that police launched intelligence based operations outside the city and finally held Mohsin, adding that police has also recovered the weapon from the possession of alleged killer.
