KOHAT: In the latest search operation, the accused named in the case of murder was arrested by Police in the Cantt Police jurisdiction. The arrested alleged suspect, Wilayat, a resident of Nawa Kalay, had killed a local resident, Israfel on Friday last. The alleged accused named in the murder case was taken into custody within just 24 hours along with 18 suspects who were also detained during the operation. The Police also recovered 1 Kalashnikov, 2 pistols and dozens of cartridges from the suspects arrested in the search operation. A heavy Police Force participated in the search operation with DSP City Hafeez Yousafzai and SHO Cantt Asif Hayat. In search and strike operations, raids were conducted on the possible hideouts of wanted criminals and criminal elements. APP
