In a successful operation, police thwarted an attempt to smuggle a large cache of weapons under the leadership of SP City Division Khalid Khan and DSP Yakatoot Circle Sher Afzal Khan. The operation was conducted by SHO Bhanamni Ajmal Hayat and his team.
According to official sources, law enforcement personnel intercepted a vehicle during the operation and arrested two suspects, Jamshed Khan and Razim Khan.
A thorough search of the vehicle led to the recovery of 67 pistols of 30 bore.
A case has been registered against the accused, and further investigations are underway. Authorities have reaffirmed their commitment to curbing illegal arms smuggling and maintaining peace in the region.
