ISLAMABAD: The act of making civil judge husband of prime accused in house maid Rizwana torture case as OSD has paved the way for conducting investigation in the case. Federal police have again summoned Asif Hafeez for recording his statement. It was difficult to include him in the investigation as a judge. Now hindrance for including Asim Hafeez in investigation by JIT stands removed. JIT had resorted to LHC for including Asim Hafeez in the investigation. JIT has already recorded statement of parents of Rizwana and the accused. It may be mentioned that civil judge Asim Hafeez who is husband of the accused was made OSD in Rizwana torture case. Registrar LHC issued the notification of Asim Hafeez as OSD. Online
