Pre-arrest bail of Umar, Gandapur others extended

Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has extended pre-arrest bail till April 27 in respect of PTI secretary general Umar Ayub, Chief Minister (CM) KP Ali Amin Gandapur , Shibli Faraz, Aamir Mughal, Ali Nawaz Awan and others in cases of vandalism and protest. Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra took up for hearing the bail pleas of PTI leaders regarding the cases of protest and vandalism Wednesday.
During the hearing of the cases PTI secretary General Umar Ayub, CM KP Ali Amin Gandapur, Shibli Faraz, Amir Mughal, Ali Nawaz Awan appeared before the court.
Counsel Babar Awan took the plea challan has been filed and 28 April has been fixed. The court should fix for hearing the bail plea on April 28.
Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra remarked challan has not come to your extent. Your bail has not been confirmed. You should not link the pre arrest bail to challan. Give arguments on bail. I was wishing the matter of bail would have been resolved today. The investigation officer in case against Amir Mughal told the court Amir Mughal has not joined the investigation so far.
Amir Mughal took the plea he has joined investigation. My counsel Mudassar Abbasi had filed order of the court.
The court while expressing annoyance remarked if your bail plea is dismissed then will you be arrested or arrest of Mudassar Abbasi will be made. Allegation stands against whom. Who will be punished , either you or your counsel. Go and join the investigation. This concession will not be given next time. Amir Mughal regretted over non joining the investigation in person.
The counsel for Amir Mughal took the plea if court says Amir Mughal can join the investigation just now.
Judge Tahir Abbas remarked you lawyers have made a wrong trend . This is not police station. This is court.
The court directed Amir Masood Mughal to join the investigation.
The investigation officer told the court during the hearing of the case that no further investigation is needed in these cases.
The court remarked one accused has been acquitted before filing of his challan. The investigation officer is saying for one accused that evidence are not available. What will happen for others.
The court extended the bail before arrest of Umar Ayoub, CM KP Ali Amin Gandapur, Shibli Faraz, Amir ,Mughal, Ali Nawaz Awan and other accused persons till April 27.
