President Arif Alvi held meeting with KP governor Haji Ghulam Ali to discuss the holding of general election in KP on Tuesday. According to source President Alvi met KP governor Haji Ghulam Ali in president house. President and governor discussed constitutions article-224(2) and SC orders to hold general election. President advised governor to announce election date after consultation with election commission. During meeting President stressed upon the upholding the constitution and necessity of holding general election within determined period.
