ISLAMABAD
District and Sessions Court Islamabad while issuing notice in connection with reply to the petition filed by chairman PTI for issuance of his production order has adjourned the hearing of the case till December 9.
The case was heard by Judicial Magistrate Shahzad Gondal. Naeem Haider Panjotha counsel for chairman PTI appeared in the court.
He took the plea we want to file petition in the court for issuance of production order in respect of PTI chairman
The court remarked you appeared in the court for the first time. Give the application. We see it. Lawyer Naeem Haider Punjotha replied they will make excuse again that there are security concerns.
Exemption plea in respect of Asad Umar was presented in the court.
