Inspector General of Police (IGP) Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Moazzam Jaha Ansari on Thursday said that professional training plays an important role in every field of life.
He expressed theses views while addressing the 4th passing out parade of Levies at Shahkas Police Training Center.
The IGP told the parade participants that you are joining the field duty after successfully completing a challenging and rigorous training.
He urged levies force on the occasion that utilizes their knowledge and skills they have acquired during the training.
To suppress law-breaking elements and provide protection to the people and wherever they are deployed, treat the people with good manners and respect for the oppressed, he added.
IG-KP said that the duty of police has the status of worship which is desired and desired by every human being.
Allah Almighty has chosen you for this sacred profession and urged them to reap the success of this world and the hereafter through the best service to the people, he added.
Moazzam Jaha Ansari also thanked the Pakistan Army instructors for providing basic training to 14,000 Levies.
The IGP expressed satisfaction over the quality of training provided to the graduates and hoped that the trainees would make good use of the training and meet the expectations of the department.
Around 26,000 levies and special force, 22,000 personnel have been trained so far, while the remaining personnel will be provided basic training by the end of June this year.
IGP on the occasion thanked the provincial government for the steps taken for quality policing and training of ex-levies in the merged districts and for their full cooperation.
IG-KP awarded badges to the personnel who showed outstanding performance in various fields of training.
CCPO Peshawar, DIG Training, AIG Training, Director ShahKas Training Center and other senior police officials attended the function.
