FAISALABAD: Irum Bibi, a lady professor was brutally murdered by her father in law allegedly for not giving birth to a child, Online has learnt. Irum Bibi, married to Fazal Chowk’s resident and a teacher Jehanzeb some 17 years ago was yet childless. Her father in law Muhammad Yousuf reportedly always had disagreements and clashes with her, mainly for being childless. However on Wednesday, he crossed all limits and becoming blind in anger, took his daughter in law’s life. Yousuf shot Irum dead, police said. According to police, dead body has been handed over to Irum’s family after her postmortem. First Information Report (FIR) of the incident has been registered and police is further investigating the matter. Online
