ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Capital Police women police team apprehended a lady thief involved in theft activities and recovered stolen cash 1.4 million from her possession and handed over the actual owner, a police public relations officer said. He said that, following the special directions of Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan, the Islamabad capital police has intensified crackdown against the criminal elements in order to eliminate the crime from the city. Following these directions, a women police station team used technical and human resources and succeeded in apprehending a lady thief involved in theft activity. DNA
The accused was identified as Tuba.
Police team also recovered stolen cash 1.4 millions from her possession and handed over to actual owner. Case has been registered against the nabbed accused and further investigation is underway.
