PTI founder Imran Khan has filed petition again against Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Qazi Faez Isa under the charges of alleged bias in practice and procedure committee. The petitioner has taken plea filed on Monday that CJP Qazi Faez Isa is biased against PTI and Imran Khan. CJP should not become part of any case against me and my party. CJP still thinks the reference against him a personal attack. It was told in the petition wife of CJP Qazi Faez Isa has given statement against Imran Khan on several occasions. SC had returned first petition of Imran Khan.
Resorting to SC on July 26 Imran Khan had requested Qazi Faez Isa not to head any bench which is hearing case against him , his wife Bushra Bibi and any member of his family.
