ISLAMABAD, April 15 (Online): PTI former office bearer Akbar S Babar has said PTI is not Imran Khan party as the party is registered in the name of Tehreek-e-Insaf rather than Imran Khan.
Talking to media men here Thursday he said Imran Khan had challenged his membership however every court and forum has given decision in his favor.
He indicated that foreign funding case has been adjourned due to ailment of the lawyer. While PTI has refused to get scrutinize their record of 2013.
Election commission ordered the scrutiny committee to file their final report by the end of May.
He claimed PTI is trying to escape foreign funding case.
PTI was formed for a big objective , he said adding but when head of the party becomes monarch then he starts considering party members his subject.
“My differences with Imran Khan have started developing before Jahnagir Tareen was made member of the party. When Imran Khan talks of state of Medina then he should remember that NAB was not existing at that time and self accountability was done in state of Medina. All should be held accountable be it Imran Khan, Jahnagir Tareen or Khusru Bakhtiar:, he underlined. When big fish will be netted then the system will be put on the path to betterment, he added.
