Jinnah house attack case
LAHORE: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Lahore has summoned accused persons on March 6 for indictment in Jinnah House Attack case. Judge Muzaffar Ali Gill of ATC Lahore heard the case in Kot Lakhpat jail Thursday. The attendance of detained PTI leaders including Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Dr Yasmin, Umar Sarfraz Cheema, Ejaz Chaudhry and Mian Mehmood ul Rashid was completed in jail. Aaliya Hamza, Khadija Shah, Sanam Javed and Robina Jamil who have been released on bail also appeared in the court. The court while summoning the accused persons on March 6 for indictment directed them to ensure their attendance. The PTI leaders are charged with inciting the workers to treason and riots. Case has been registered against them in police station Sarwar road.
