Newly elected chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Barrister Gohar Ali Khan, has said that he will not form an alliance with any party in the general elections.
If DCs are ROs, they are part of the government which has not been transparent.
Speaking to the media after appearing in the Peshawar High Court, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan said that taking the election symbol from us would be an injustice to the people.
Barrister Gauhar said that the case will be argued in the High Court on December 21. Barrister Gauhar said that the society is damaged due to lack of decision on merit, 70% of the people of Pakistan are with PTI.
Chairman PTI said that no particular forum is getting relief, Judiciary is independent, Peshawar High Court (PHC) has a very important role. We have faith in Islamabad High Court (IHC). We came to PHC because the results of election were announced from here.
He said that if DCs are ROs, then they are part of the government which has not been transparent.
They will definitely give tickets to the lawyers but the final decision will be taken by the founder chairman. He said that PTI will win in case of transparent elections.
