PTI workers unhappy with undesirable decisions local leaders

Majority of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) old and ideological workers are unhappy with the undesirable decisions of former provincial minister Mohammad Atif Khan and said that he limited the party to his hujra.
Sources in the PTI said that Mohammad Atif Khan who is president of Peshawar region has made undesirable decisions and due to these decisions majority of the party’s old and ideological workers are unhappy.
Sources added that Atif Khan wanted to allot tickets to his blue eyed people who support him in the run for Chief Minister in the future. Sources added that Atif Khan made Mujahid Khan District president and Ayaz Safi as general secretary.
Sources added that both the office bearers belong to rural area and the same union council. Sources added that in the district organization if the President is from a rural area, then the general secretary is appointed from an urban area.
Sources added that actually, Mujahid Khan is the district president and General Secretary. Sources added that Jawad Khan’s brother of Mujahid Khan’s name was allegedly given to the party for the ticket of provincial constituency PK-53. Sources added that Jawad Khan is currently working on the seat of Assistant Advocate General in Peshawar High Court.
Sources added that in the selection of district president and general secretary and other office bearers Atif Khan didn’t consult with the lawmakers and other senior party leaders due to which majority of the former lawmakers and senior leaders does not want to continue with the current district cabinet.
Sources added that Atif Khan wants to contest the upcoming general election from the national assembly NA-20 seat of Mujahid Khan and did not contest election against ANP central vice president Amir Haidar Hoti on National Assembly NA-21 seat of the urban area.
Sources added that due to the grouping in Mardan, the party has not yet been able to prove its full participation in any kind of protest at the district level. Sources added that allegations of alleged billions rupees corruption especially on Mohammad Atif
Khan and some other lawmakers of the district also badly damaged the party in the district. Sources said that in the current time no one in the party is able to give the clarification and answer of allegations of corruption charges on Atif Khan and other lawmakers which conform it.
Sources added that grouping in the party also badly damaged the party.Sources added that everyone is trying to gain a party ticket for the upcoming election.
