PTI’s Yasmin Rashid sets free from Jinnah House attack case

Lahore Anti-Terrorism Court Saturday set free PTI leader Dr Yasmin Rashid in May 09 vandalism saying if not required in any other case she be released immediately. According to details Lahore Police sought 14-day remand of PTI leader Yasmin Rashid in the matter from Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Amber Gul Khan on Saturday, however, the Judge didn’t agree with the prosecution story and issued release order of Dr Yasmin. The Amber Gul Khan stated in the order, “Investigation Officer has requested for 14-dayss physical remand of Yasmin Rashid for photogrammetry, voice match test and recover of mobile phones etc. whereas perusal of record reveals that neither Dr Yasmin Rashid is nominated in FIR nor involved through supplementary statement.
