An important meeting held here on Friday with Deputy Commissioner Captain (R) Abdu-ur-Rehman in the chair, reviewed monthly progress report of the administration officers and affairs related to district revenue.
Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) (General) Engineer Syed Shahzaib, Assistant Commissioner (AC) Aisha Tahir, AC Takhtbhai Gul Nawaz Afridi, Deputy Director Service Delivery Centre, Tehsildars and Revenue Officers attended the meeting.
The forum was briefed regarding the schools, hospitals inspections, drives against encroachments, raids against the hoarders, and availbility of essential commodities on government rates.
DC Mardan on this occasion issued instructions to conerned officers to conduct daily checking of food items availability in markets, adding that all pending cases regarding the revenue collection in the district must be resolved as early as possible.
Rehman directed tehsildars and revenue officiers to improve their performance focuse on redressal of public grievances on priority basis.
