ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has issued notice on the petition seeking registration of case against Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif and Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Maryam Nawaz. Additional District and Sessions Judge Islamabad Muhammad Afzal Majoka took up the petition for hearing Wednesday. Petition for registration of case against PM, CM Punjab, interior minister Mohsin Naqvi and others has been filed by a citizen Gul Khan. Son of Gul Khan was allegedly killed during firing in November 26 protest. Earlier petition filed by Gul Khan under 22-A has been rejected being not persuaded. Next hearing of the case will be held on March 5. Online
