Rescue 1122 has claimed to deal 351 different types of emergencies across the district Khyber in the month of June, 2022.
In a report shared by the emergency officer of the Rescue department of Khyber, Syed Shoab Mansoor said that a total of 351 incidents, comprised, 160 were of medical emergencies, 30 of traffic mishaps, , 18 were fire eruption happens,06 of quarrels and firing happens,03 explosions,03 of drowning incidents and 19 of miscellaneous occurrences and 110 were of referral emergencies in the previous month.
Rescue 1122 had provided on time medical assistance to 332 patients and were shifted to different health centers; among those 03 were expired on the way to hospitals, the report said.
District emergency officer said that like previously, in the month of June too, ironically Rescue 1122 received huge numbers of fake and unnecessary calls.
He urged the masses to avoid fake phone calls to the Rescue center as it can affect efficiency of the rapidly responding workers of the Rescue 1122, Khyber and utilize the rescue with responsibility.
Locals appreciated the services of Rescue 1122, Khyber and said since the first day of its establishment; unmatched services are being rendered by trained Rescue workers, Khyber that has earned a good name for the department.
