GUJRANWALA: A woman got severely injured in Gujranwala, on resisting dacoity. According to details, a woman got injured in Qila Deedar Singh while resisting a dacoity in her house. The dacoits succeeded to escape after sweeping the house. According to police, woman was alone at her house at the time of incident. Dacoits attacked her with knives over trying to resist the robbery. She has been admitted to GHQ hospital in a critical condition. FIR has been filed against the dacoits by the police. In different theft incidents across Gujranwala this year, unidentified thieves swept the houses and shops of Aman Ullah, Waqas, Saleem, Naseer, Hafiz Atif, Shoaib, Nadeem and Moazam, while a car of Farooq and a motorcycle of Faisal were stolen from different places.
