PESHAWAR: The Higher Education Commission has approved a Rs21 million grant for development projects of University of Shangla. Vice Chancellor, Universities of Shangla and Swat, Professor Dr Hassan Sher while thanking the Higher Education Commission said that amount would be spent on different projects to ensure speedy development of University of Shangla. Presiding over a meeting, he said Shangla University was a gift of the government for the people of Shangla, adding that the students would get quality higher education at their doorsteps. Dr Hassan said that it would save time and money for students besides providing a congenial atmosphere to research scholars. APP
