Cordial relations between bench and bar are crucial to solve litigants’ problems, he stressed.

Faiq emphasized provision of justice was a major issue of our country and society, which has been snatched that created division.
The party leader said people were put behind the heroism but justice books became dent.
He said backlogs of cases in upper and lower judiciary have increased and the piling up of cases can only be overcome by addressing increasing judges and staff deficiency.
He maintained injustice has crossed its limits by socially, morally and economically.
Cruel segments of the society wore the guise of the mafia, he added.
In the prevailing circumstances, Shah said people have pinned high hopes from new CJP Justice Faez Isa for which performance of subordinate courts should be made better and concrete wherein results should be evaluated on a daily basis.
He called for bringing reforms in ‘Thana’, prosecution and FIA.
