Cipher case

Supreme Court (SC) has approved bail plea of founder PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi against surety bonds of Rs 10 lac each in cipher case.
Justice Athar Minallah has remarked offence has not been proved against founder PTI and he is innocent.
Acting Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Sardar Tariq Masood remarked Shah Mehmood was wise person. He saved himself and asked founder PTI to read cipher.
A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Acting CJP Sardar Tariq Masood took up the bail pleas for hearing Friday.
Counsel for PTI founder said trial court has recorded statements of 12 witnesses in haste.
The acting CJP remarked speedy trial is right of every accused. Why do you want that trial is not completed speedily.
Justice Athar Minallah remarked foreign ministry informs government about cipher so that help could be sought in foreign policy. Objective of official secret act is only this the sensitive information could not go out to any one.
Counsel Suleman Safdar said we have to see this sensitive information has been shared or otherwise.
Justice Athar Minallah remarked the original cipher is in ministry of foreign affairs. If it has gone out then it is offence of ministry of foreign affairs.
Suleman Safdar said former Prime Minister (PM) had said in a public meeting that the letter held by him is evidence of conspiracy. It has not been said any where in the public meeting that what is in cipher and it has come from where.
Justice Athar Minallah while raising questions on cipher case remarked how the investigator came to know meeting was held in Banigala. Did the investigation officer investigate the matter of disappearance of Azam Khan. Foreign office can give cipher to PM. Election are coming and PTI founder is a big leader. Tell us is there any threat to society if he comes out.
Suleman Safdar said former PM is being victimized politically. Rana Sana Ullah as interior minister asked FIA to investigate the matter.
Justice Athar Minallah remarked is the country not mocked at by ousting the PM before time. Will the official secret act apply on ousting PM before time.
Justice Mansoor Ali Shah remarked how can it be possible that SC could not see fundamental rights on the basis of criminal procedure.
The court approved bail pleas of founder PTI and Shah Mehmood Qureshi on completion of arguments.
