Murder of 4 years old child
ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court (SC) has granted bail to the step mother in the case of murder of 4 years old child. According to counsel of the plaintiff the accused is second wife of plaintiff of the case. The plaintiff said he had left the child in home quite well. On return from school he said the body of the child was lying in the home. The accused fed some toxic thing to child and strangled him to death over domestic quarrel. The counsel for the accused said there is neither any witness nor any evidence against the accused. The woman has given birth to a child in jail too. The deceased child was patient of asthma.Justice Musarrat Hilali said the medical report reveals the death was not natural. Justice Malik Shahzad said mother killed the child. How will it be ascertained. Half case is spoiled by the plaintiff and half is spoiled by police. A 3-member bench of SC presided over by Justice Jamal Mandokhail took up the case for hearing. Case was registered against the accused in police station Nankana Sahb .Staff Reporter
