Supreme Court (SC) has rejected appeal plea of convict Abdul Shakoor against his death sentence for killing father and mother of his sister in law. .
The court has remarked that murderer of parents like relation cannot be given relief.
Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim issued 6-page written order.
It has been said in the decision convict Abdul Shakoor gunned down Gulistan, father of his sister in law outside home over petty quarrel.
The criminal intruded into home forcibly after killing father of his sister in law and shot dead mother of his sister in law.
Rehmat Ullah and Ahmad Shah brothers of his sister in law were also critically injured in firing by the criminal.
The deceased Gulistan and Palko Bibi were father in law and mother in law of Naimat Ullah brother of the convict.
Massacring by intruding in home is anti humanity act. The criminal violated sanctity of chadar and chardewari badly. The criminal abducted his sister in law after massacring. Irrefutable evidence including eye witnesses and medical evidence were found against the criminal.
The trial court had acquitted Naimat Ullah, son in law of victims. Naimat Ullah was present with his brother Abdul Shakoor at the time of occurrence of incident.
