ISLAMABAD
Supreme Court (SC) has returned PTI Chairman Imran Khan petition seeking probe into audio leaks with objections. Registrar office has raised the objection that it has not been identified in the petition either the matter pertains to basic rights or public interest. Neither the petitioner resorted to proper forum before filing the petition. The registrar office is not satisfied over the petition filed under article 184/3 .
