Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad has approved PTI chairman Imran Khan plea for interim bail upto October 31 in terrorism case.
The interim bail has been granted against surety bond of Rs 100000.
The interim bail plea of Imran Khan came up for hearing before judge Jawad Hassan Abbas Monday.
It is pertinent to mention here that Imran Khan has already filed petition in Supreme Court seeking probe into audio leaks matter.
The IHC has given remarks during the hearing of Imran Khan petition against election commission decision on his disqualification that there is bar on contesting election by Imran Khan.
